The Tasmanian Government has made a decision to sell via a three stage tender process, the site known as 'parliament square', Hobart, Tasmania.

The Tasmanian Government is pleased to announce that the Citta Property Group Pty Ltd is the Preferred Developer for the parliament square site.

The Citta Property Group Pty Ltd has lodged development applications for parliament square with the relevant development planning authority, the Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority. The development applications are subject to the statutory public processes.
